Budget accountability is the responsibility of project managers. One of their key responsibilities’ is to manage costs and deliver a project within the approved budget, this is done by working with the clients staff to review and control costs monthly or at shorter intervals as needed.
Quality control is the responsibility of all team members. It is the duty of each individual to fully understand their area of responsibility and be responsible for achieving the highest level of quality from initial design to its conclusion.
During the pre-construction phase, the goal of the OV staff asigned, is to actively manage the budget development process, providing cost and alternatives to the client and their consultants. At the same time we monitor the availability of materials and cost compatibility.
